Cancellations and refunds.

Astrologer sessions

• Reschedule for free up to 12 hours before the session.
• Cancel up to 12 hours before for a full refund.
• If the astrologer misses the call, you get a full refund automatically. You do not need to ask.
• If your chosen time was taken while you were paying, the full amount is refunded automatically.

Saathi questions

Paid questions do not expire. If a payment went through but the questions did not appear, they are added automatically once Razorpay confirms the payment. If that does not happen within a day, write to us and we will add them or refund you.

How refunds reach you

Refunds go back to the same card, UPI or account through Razorpay, usually within 5 to 7 working days.
